An otter was captured by a volunteer at Salisbury City Council’s CCTV enjoying a stroll down Salisbury High Street.
The recording, earlier this week at around midnight, appears to show an otter pottering past shops such as New Look and Jones Bootmaker. A report from Salisbury City Council said the night-time visitor was making the most of an empty high street by exploring and window shopping.
The council is was pleased to record the city’s medieval high street being enjoyed day and night by a variety of visitors, and the skill of the CCTV operators.
