Six new affordable council houses at the Chalk House development in Porton are being built by Wiltshire Council in partnership with developer Cavendish and Gloucester Properties.
The homes will be ready in the late autumn, funded by the rents and income through shared ownership sales.
The development has two two-bedroom shared ownership houses available for purchase, with three two-bedroom houses and one three-bedroom property – offered as affordable rents, built to a high standard with modern specifications, to advertised via Homes4Wiltshire about six weeks before completion.
