A Salisbury estate agent has been selected by The British Property Awards as 2019 Gold Winner for Salisbury.
Having won Independent Estate Agent of the Year for Wiltshire, Whites are back in the spotlight.
The extensive judging period focused on customer service levels, and Whites have now been shortlisted for a number of national awards to be announced later in the year.
The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK with an opportunity to compare the service they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition. The team personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels. The judging criteria is comprehensive and detailed, exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure agents are rigorously and fairly judged.
