They include 49 to buy on the open market and 33 affordable properties for rent or shared ownership.
Bellway is opening a sales office at its Harnham Park development in Salisbury in the coming weeks,
and a four-bedroom Goldsmith show home will be open at the site off Netherhampton Road in June. About 20% of the private homes have already been snapped, according to the development company.
