For the 16th year running a Five Star customer satisfaction rating was awarded to the McCarthy Stone team in Salisbury in an independent survey by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

The only developer or housebuilder of any size or type to achieve this accolade each year since the survey launched 16 years ago, McCarthy Stone achieved an overall customer satisfaction score of 93%.

The McCarthy Stone developments on Endless Street, Salisbury, Castle Gate and Monument Place, were designed to provide the best in independent living within a safe and secure environment, benefiting from companionship and privacy.

The Five Star customer satisfaction rating is said to be the highest award new homes developers can achieve and awarded only when more than nine out of ten customers would recommend a company to a friend. The an annual survey by the HBF involved 541 purchasers of McCarthy Stone homes in 2020.
