Dear Editor (Why the caption ‘Hand Cleansers’?)
Francis Howard has been over critical in my view about the decisions taken by the Bishops of the Catholic & Anglican churches. For all our sakes, they have to abide by the Government and their well-informed medical and scientific advisors. We in Salisbury are very well catered for at https://salisburycatholics.org/church-tv. We have had televised Mass twice daily from the beginning of the ‘Pandemic’ and, now that the churches are OPEN daily, we can attend Mass at limited times. As we have a very large Catholic Community here, we have to book in advance if we wish to attend in person. Additionally, after Mass on certain days, there is time for personal meditation. We are very grateful to all our priests and volunteers who make it possible by regulating ‘social distancing’ and a healthy environment.
