Police are appealing for witnesses to an attempted burglary in Tidworth at about 3pm on Wednesday, February 5. An unknown male was seen trying to get into a house on Sidbury Circular Road.
Anyone who was in the area at that time; who may have noticed someone acting suspiciously, or heard or saw anything out of the ordinary, is asked to contact PC Aaron Pedliham’
He said: “We are particularly interested to speak to anyone in the area and saw a male matching the description: white, mid 20s, slim build, brown hair, blue Puffa jacket with the hood up, dark tracksuit bottoms, black woollen gloves, and a black backpack; he was riding a dark coloured pushbike.
“It was in broad daylight so I am positive somebody would have seen something suspicious. If that was you, please come forward.”
