Current work on West Street, Wilton is complete, one week ahead of the planned programme and West Street is back open from tomorrow, Saturday, May 16, the contractors say.
Work then starts on South Street which will be closed from tomorrow, Saturday, May 16 with anticipated completion date of 10 June.
“We appreciate the nature of our work is disruptive for the community, we are keen to progress our work as quickly and safely as possible to ensure your roads are open as soon as possible. Apologies for the short notification of this change of programme dates and any inconvenience this may cause,” said Susan Day, Stakeholder and Community Manager for contractors SGN.
