Fitness by Design and the ladies toning suite have now teamed up with the Udder Farm Shop on the A30 at East Stour, leasing an area above the main shop.

Owner of Fitness by Design, Colin Fricker, said: “Covid-19 and the resulting lockdown have brought many challenges to local businesses in the region. We feel our relocation to the first floor of Udder Farm Shop is a perfect fit for them and for us.

“We always talk to our members about sourcing good quality local produce to complement their training to achieve the very best results, and that’s exactly what you will find at the Udder farm shop.

“The new location is central to our current membership base with easy access, lots of car parking, coffee shop, restaurant – and you can even get your car valeted while you train.”

The new facilities are very much state of the art to the same high standards as Udder Farm’s new restaurant. It will be the safest place to train, with not just air conditioning, but a full air extraction system to ensure a constant flow of fresh air and the removal of exhaled air, which is recommended to reduce massively any potential contamination risk.

“All of our members will be taught in small groups in our Fitness 45 sessions, unique to our club, so we can ensure social distancing, and never be left on their own, or our ladies can be individually taught on our ladies toning tables in a separate private room next door.

“My highly-trained staff will look after every member every time you attend to ensure you achieve your results while enjoying the back drop of green rolling fields in Hardy country. Lots of our members had never trained before they joined, with an average age of 50-plus, so if your health and fitness levels are not as good as you would like, we really can help you.

“Come and meet us on Monday, August 31 from 10am to 3pm – no need to book – where we can give you a personal tour and meet some of our members. We would love to meet you and discuss how we can help you. Our very best wishes.” Colin and the team
