Pre-worn but lightly used bras are being collected for the fourth year by Salisbury Soroptimists. The lightly used bras are donated to ‘Smalls for All’ for shipping out to areas in Africa where, as the charity has found, bras give women dignity and self-worth.
Penny, project team leader, said: “Since we started collecting bras for this worthwhile charity three years ago, a total of more than 2,800 have been collected from generous local ladies. Will you help us add substantially to that total this year?”
