Coombe Bissett C of E Voluntary-Aided Primary School welcomed a new head teacher this term.

Berkeley Basinger-Adams has a breadth of small school teaching and leadership experience and enthusiasm, especially for sport, drama and computing. He has successfully led Chapmanslade Primary and St John’s Warminster.  With Coombe Bissett Primary’s highly-experienced staff and leadership team, Berkeley has been embraced by the whole local community.

Mr Basinger-Adams is passionate about delivering exceptional education that develops the ‘whole child’ – academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. The school aims to enable each and every child to flourish as unique and wonderful people, to develop what makes them special, to give them the confidence to contribute positively to their communities and to be healthy and happy in the world that they will help to create.

The school welcomes prospective reception parents and offers places in this year’s Reception, Year 2 and Year 3 classes.
