Marnhull phone box, bought by the parish council from BT for the community was been decorated by village volunteers, displaying knitted animals to promote the RVS Home Library Service ‘ZOO Challenge 2021’.
The special display was a wonderful setting for crafty creations.
“Our sincere thanks to everybody involved in knitting, decorating and organising this display, you are all incredible people! To help our zoo grow or to own one of our animals, get in touch. All our activities are linked with our Home Library Service, provided by a team of volunteers from Sturminster Newton Library. if you love to read but find yourself unable to get to the library we can organise a free, regular delivery of books or talking books to your home,“ said Maria Jacobson, Royal Voluntary Service.
