Local traders and varied range of goods and produce in the festive markets return to Salisbury Market Place every Sunday from December 6 to 20, 10am until 4pm, in the lead up to Christmas.

Craft and gift items and festive food to take away will be on sale at more than 40 stalls to add extra festive spirit to the Market Place.

Salisbury City council is encouraging residents to support local traders this festive season but be strongly mindful of government regulations and to remember the importance of “Hands, Face, Space”. If a stall appears busy, consider moving on and returning at a later, quieter moment.

Leader of the City Council, Cllr Liz Sirman said: “With the unfortunate cancellation of the Christmas Fair, the weekly markets people can get into the Christmas spirit and do some festive shopping, and importantly, support local traders during this tough time.”
