Salisbury Hospice Charity’s Christmas Tree Recycling Campaign is back and bigger than ever for 2021, following the huge success of last year’s campaign, during which more than 1,000 trees were collected raising over £13,000 of vital funds for the hospice. This year the collection area is being expanded to include all SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5 SP6 and SP9 postcodes.

This is a fabulous environmentally friendly way to dispose of your tree whilst helping us to fund the vital care of our hospice. All that we ask is for a donation and we will collect and recycle your tree with the help of our wonderful volunteers and environmental partners. All of the trees are chipped and recycled as animal bedding at Rose Farm, Hurdcott or turned into compost at Newbourne Farm.

We’re delighted also to be supporting another local charity with 10% of our profits going towards Charlie’s Star, a wonderful charity who provide respite holidays for recently bereaved parents of children under the age of 19 years in the South West.

To register your tree and find out more, visit the website https://just-helping.org.uk/register-tree or call 01722 416353 by 4th January 2021.
