Staff recruitment has begun for the new restaurant at The Stones Hotel, which could be welcoming customers towards the end of the summer.
The management team at the new Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill in Salisbury is transforming the hotel’s existing on-site restaurant, and began the search for the best staff and boost local employment. A rigorous training programme is required by the three-starred Michelin maestro.
David Matton, hotel owner said: “We’re expecting a lot of interest from those keen to gain experience of working in an environment created by Britain’s greatest ever chef. The standard required is high and those who think they have what it takes must be totally dedicated and professional. There is a mix of roles and we are looking for enthusiastic, determined and dedicated staff with an excellent work ethic to complement existing staff.”
