Even though the new season date has not been announced, Bemerton Heath Harlequins Football Club is planning to be ready.
The club is offering sponsorship deals and free advertising to companies willing to help the local community-based club.
The club statement said: “With the COVID-19 pandemic adversely affecting the business community, ‘buy local’ has been a strong message supported by the local community and we are all hoping this support continues for the long term. The support of business and the local community works both ways but there has never been a more important time to get your company’s name out to the local community to bring in much needed business.
“Among many ways of advertising, supporting a local community club always has a huge influence with local people and it doesn’t need to cost much. Bemerton Heath Harlequins FC is a local Charter Standard Community Club offering facilities and coaching, starting from under seven years old through to senior players. An advert will be seen by players, parents, supporters and visitors to the website and a wide range and high number of people. Advertising packages include visual boards or matchday program, website advert, or matchday hospitality.
