Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision involving two lorries and a car on the A342 on March 20.

The collision happened around 7am on the road between Devizes and Rushall.

A man in his 20s, who was travelling in the car, was airlifted to hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.

Another two men in their 20s, from the same vehicle, were taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The drivers of the two HGVs involved in the collision were thankfully uninjured.

The road was closed for several hours to allow officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Team to carry out an investigation and recover the vehicles.
