Week from August 27 to September 5, and Artisan Wine & Spirit Co are teaming up with Greg from super local craft brewery Dark Revolution to do a tasting of some highlights from his range of beer from Qudos on Castle Street.
George from Artisan Wine and Spirit said: “We are having a tasting which will cover the basics of what makes up flavour in beer – alcohol, bitterness, body and aroma and explore the factors that influence this (ingredients and the brewing process). Then we’ll learn how to taste beer with a guided tasting of a few different styles. Dark Revolution has something of a cult following around here so this is a tasting not to be missed.”
