Following the success of last year, Salisbury City Council is delighted to announce the return of Fayre on the Square, taking place from Saturday, July 23 until Monday, August 29, 2022, and Christmas on the Square, taking place on Friday, November 18, 2022, until Monday, January 02 2023.
The pop-up events provide fun for all the family, with food and drink and activities bringing vibrancy and entertainment galore to the centre of Salisbury.
Applications are now open to food vendors and professional bar operators to participate in these popular events.
Bar Tender
A tender opportunity for a bar service is open, covering two years of operation. The bar service will cater for onsite consumption only as part of Salisbury City Council’s two exciting annual pop up events; Fayre on the Square and Christmas on the Square.

Ice cream and food vendors
Ice cream and food vendors can now apply to be part of the popular Fayre on the Square event this summer. The City Council will supply vendors with an empty chalet to trade from and access a power supply and refuse area. Preference will be given to local traders and, in particular, vendors who compliment the food offering in the surrounding area.
