Since vacating their high street office in Salisbury, Humberts have launched a regional Humberts Hub to cover a larger area and provide a more modern and extensive service.

Becky Wakelin (pictured right)returned to Humberts as an experienced property consultants to provide a personalised approach.

Assistant Regional Manager, Alex Townsend said: “We welcome back Becky to the team. It’s great to have such a pro-active, knowledgeable and hardworking person back in the Humberts fold.

“We look forward to working with Becky to re-establish the Humberts brand in an area we both know and love.”

Becky has been selling country homes in Devon, Dorset and Wiltshire for the past seven years. She is currently working towards RICS and interior design qualifications.

Becky said: “Having worked at Humberts for the past 5½ years, in the Honiton and Salisbury offices, I am delighted to be back and working with the Somerset and Wiltshire Hub.”

Humberts now covers a far larger area with an improved service. The firm claim the average time a property consultant takes to find a buyer (accepted offer) is 37 days and on average they achieve 95% of the guide price.

In addition, Humberts has been praised for its personal approach – with a Feefo rating of 4.7 out of 5.0, with more than 80% of clients highly recommending them.
