A company specialising in fire protection for hardware has acquired a large industrial and office building in a village setting near Salisbury.

Vanquish Hardware Protection moved into Fusion House which overlooks the A338 at Downton Business Centre, in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.

The company has agreed a 10-year lease on the detached 5,388 sq ft (500.55 sq m) building, with financial details remaining confidential for business management reasons.

The building has two storey offices and an adjoining factory/warehouse space, which could be sub-divided into three individual units each served by an up-and-over shutter door. Outside is a dedicated forecourt providing turning, loading and parking for up to 27 vehicles.

Downton is about six miles south of Salisbury on the A338 and Downton Business Centre is on the northern edge of the town.
