Three new tenants have settled in Castledown Business Park in the past three months. Amanda said: The park has never been so full since its development, according to Amanda Foster, Development Officer.
“Yes, it is true that, despite the current situation, we are getting ready to welcome another tenant to one of our larger units, but to get the unit up to scratch we need to call in some experts.
“We didn’t have to look very far as we worked with Willmont Building Services who are tenants on the park.
“I believe we have a great business community here at Castledown and it was a pleasure to get Sean and his team to do this work. The unit had to be stripped back to the bare bones for the new tenant to start again”.
“We are hoping to welcome a new tenant on site in a matter of weeks which means we only have one unit not rented but as we speak we are hoping to secure a tenant upgrade such as a tenant that has a growing business and needs more space.
Castledown Enterprise Centre, part of the business park, provides, flexible office space for start-up and smaller companies to rent an office complete with desk, chair and office drawers, at business postal address with broadband, telephone and meeting room space on a month-by-month contract, with free parking.
Amanda added: “Currently, we have four, two-desk office space available. Another great option is co-working space because you don’t get an office but a desk that can be used during working hours –at only £85 per month.
“We hope to have another Castledown Showcase event in September (Covid allowing) to show off the facilities and promote the great businesses we have on site.”
