An industrial/warehouse unit with offices on a business development at a Wiltshire business park is now let.

Unit 204 at the Beacon Centre on Amesbury’s Solstice Park has been taken by Lovell Partnerships Ltd.

The end terrace unit in Solar Way is under a four-year lease with Lovell Partnerships Ltd, part of the UK construction and regeneration group Morgan Sindall.

Lovell build, refurbish, regenerate and maintain homes and communities in the UK, as reportedly the nation’s complete housing business, working with partners to provide a wholly comprehensive service.

The giant 160-acre Solstice Park has direct access to the A303 trunk road through its own junctions on the dual carriageway.

Established in 2005, the park is the gateway to the South West via the A303/M5, is between London and Bristol and has fast access to the ports of Southampton, Portsmouth and Bristol.
